Deluxe Incorporation Service

Delaware Corporate Agents, Inc., in response to requests from customers offers this special service.  Many of our customers feel uncomfortable in dealing with the organization of their new corporation and need these extra services.  Other customers simply want someone to do all of the work in setting up their corporation but do not want to pay the high fees to an attorney.  If you need or want a much more complete service, this is the service you want.  Our standard incorporation is to provide a single page certificate.  

The Deluxe Incorporation includes:

• Extended Certificate of Incorporation (2 pages and 3 pages for a Subchapter S corporation) 
• State of Delaware Filing Fees 
• Minutes of the Incorporator. 
• Minutes of the First Meeting of the Board of Directors 
• By-Laws 
• Prepare Stock Certificates for Each Shareholder 
• Prepare Employer Identification Number and Submit to IRS 
• Corporate Kit (Economy Kit, can be upgraded) 
• Registered Agent services for the balance of the first tax year 
• Corporate Forms Disk 

The cost of this service is $450 USD for a General Corporation or $525 USD for a Subchapter S or Close Corporation, plus shipping and handling. The order form will require a great deal of information from you. All information you give to us will remain confidential. We do not sell, exchange, disclose or otherwise distribute information unless required by court order. You must give us all of the information we request, as it is necessary to either complete the formation of the Corporation, pay for the service or to complete the IRS form for the E.I. Number. If you do not complete all of the order form, there will be additional costs if you request later that we complete this work.
