Deluxe Limited Liability Company Service

Delaware Corporate Agents, Inc., in response to requests from customers, offers this special service.   Many of our customers feel uncomfortable in dealing with the organization of their new LLC and need these extra services.   Other customers simply want someone to do all of the work in setting up their LLC but do not want to pay the high fees to an attorney.   The Deluxe LLC is the service you would receive from an attorney.   If you need or want a much more complete service, this is the service you want. Our standard LLC formation provides a single page certificate and no more.  

The Deluxe LLC includes:

• Limited Liability Company Certificate of Formation 
• State of Delaware Filing Fees 
• Limited Liability Company Agreement set up for your company based upon the information
   which you will provide us when you place your order. 
• Prepare Membership Certificates for Each Member 
• Prepare Employer Identification Number Application and Submit to IRS 
• LLC Kit (Economy Kit, can be upgraded when you order) 
• Registered Agent services for the balance of the first tax year 
• LLC Forms Disk 

The cost of this service is $550 USD, plus shipping and handling.   The order form will require a great deal of information from you.   All information you give to us will remain confidential.   We do not sell, exchange, disclose or otherwise distribute information unless required by court order. You must give us all of the information we request, as it is necessary to either complete the formation of the LLC, pay for the service or to complete the IRS form for the E.I. Number.   If you do not complete the information, we will form the LLC and prepare the documents based upon the information provided.   If you do not complete all of the order form, there will be additional costs if you subsequently request that we complete this work.
